Spur of the moment...

Sunday I was feeling sick, but as I looked at the clock and it was about 2:30pm I remembered thrift smart here in town was having a 50% off the entire store.
I decided to throw on some very comfy lounge clothes and run out there just to see what I may find and get out the house. The last time I was at thrift smart, I had some good finds that was Labor Day during my sis and I thrift crawl around town. Secretly I was really hoping to find nothing lol, but I managed to find 2 scarfs, 1 knit collar,3 shirts, including a sheer blouse that was very colorful and pretty and a retro athletic sweatshirt. I knew as soon as I got it I was going to tweak it a bit,ya know a lil d.i.y. I also scored 2 pairs of shoes that both totally $5.00. I couldn't do much else shopping I could only only on to what could be help or fit in my hand basket, all the carts were gone and it was pretty packed.

scarves $.99
knit collar $.99
they have a lil wear on them but a lil cleaning and they will be perfect $3

pointed toe flats $1.50

Shirts $1.50 ea Sweat Shirt $2.50

I ended up wearing the sweatshirt today, I went to the park with my brothers dog and we did some exploring, it was that weird warm fall weather but the wind was blowing very strong so I was pretty comfy in the sweat shirt with the sleeves pulled up,skinnys, and my loud vans...yea I do dress casual and I do own like 3 pairs of sneakers. I now will be on the hunt for more oversized sweat shirts i love how this one turned out. I was kind of thinking that of all the blogs I read and visit I rarely see casual looks with sneakers, so I vowed to post more lotd when I have my sneaks on *big smile*. Do you like? Let me know.
